Bruce A. McDonald became a lawyer in 1978 and is still looking for new ways to deliver legal services economically and efficiently in the world of emailing and efiling. A founding partner of McDonald Fleming, Bruce practiced in several areas of law until 2000, when he began marketing probate assistance throughout all of Florida at www.statewideprobate.com . He is committed to meeting the estate administration and probate needs of clients throughout the country in all 67 Florida counties.
Bruce is AV® Preeminent ™ rated by Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest distinction given by his peers. He received a journalism degree from the University of Florida in 1972 (when journalists prized objectivity and were not propagandists) and his J.D. degree from Florida State University College of Law. His practice is currently limited to probate of uncontested estates, primarily in South and Central Florida.
