Bruce A. McDonald has practiced law for 35 years and is still looking for new ways to deliver legal services more economically and efficiently in the 21st century world of electronic filing and communication. A founding partner of McDonald Fleming Moorhead, Bruce began marketing probate assistance throughout all of Florida 15 years ago at With partner Katie White, Bruce is committed to meeting the estate administration and probate needs of clients throughout the country in all 67 Florida counties.

Bruce is AV® Preeminent ™ rated by Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest distinction given by his peers. Bruce has practiced in a wide variety of legal areas and has previously been certified by The Florida Bar in mediation and business litigation. He was an early proponent of the use of computers and the internet in the legal profession. He holds a journalism degree from the University of Florida and his J.D. degree from Florida State University College of Law. His practice is currently limited to probate of uncontested estates.
