Our Philosophy
Our firm is dedicated to incorporating Christian values into the practice of law. The purpose of civil law should be to avoid and resolve problems and disputes, and lawyers should strive toward this purpose, not toward financial gain at others' expense. Civil law can and should be based upon concepts of social justice and fairness, which themselves find root in a higher law, as acknowledged by our country's founding fathers.

We have formed this partnership because we as individuals find a common ground in our commitment that the practice of law is, and always will be, a means, not an end. It is a means of promoting recognition of the rights of others, of accomplishing a small and imperfect measure of freedom and justice in this world. More importantly, we as attorneys are called to promote the kingdom of God on earth in our profession, as are all other persons. In our professional association we hope to remind ourselves of this often, and we ask our clients to remind us should any of our actions or advice appear to depart from this philosophy.
