Bruce A. McDonald is a founding partner of McDonald, Fleming, Moorhead, Ferguson, Green, Smith, Blakenship, Heath
& de Kozan, LLP. He earned his bachelor's degree in journalism with honors from the University of Florida and his
Juris Doctorate with honors from Florida State University
College of Law. After graduation he worked in
Tallahassee with the Florida Legislature, Public Service
Commission and Florida Supreme Court before moving to
Pensacola to enter private practice.
Bruce has practiced in a wide variety of legal areas, and previously has
been certified by The Florida Bar in mediation and business litigation.
Currently, he practices statewide in probate and estate administration. He
is the creator of the web page www.statewideprobate.com and is committed
to making probate in Florida less stressful and less expensive for clients
who have lost a loved one.
