Belinda
B. de Kozan
Belinda de Kozan is a partner in the law firm of
McDonald Fleming Moorhead. A native
of Pensacola, Belinda attended the University of Florida,
where she earned a B.S. degree in Advertising (Business
Minor) and her law degree from the
University of Florida College of Law. She was
admitted to the Florida Bar in 1990 and is licensed
to practice law in all Florida courts and the United
States District Court for the Northern District of
Florida.
Belinda is an active member of The Florida Bar, the
Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association, and the
American Inns of Court. She is certified by the
Florida Supreme Court as a
Circuit Civil Mediator.
Belinda's primary areas of practice are
mediation
and civil litigation, including personal
injury/wrongful death, professional negligence,
commercial litigation, business litigation and real
property litigation. She has nearly two decades of
civil trial experience in both jury trial and bench
trial settings.
