Belinda
de Kozan is a partner in the law firm of McDonald,
Fleming, Moorhead, Ferguson, Green, Smith, Blankenship,
Heath & de Kozan, LLP. She is a native of Pensacola and
attended the University of Florida, where
she earned a B.S. degree in Advertising with a business
minor and her law degree from the University of Florida
College of Law. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in
1991 and is licensed to practice law in all Florida
courts and the United States District Court for the
Northern District of Florida.
Belinda is an active member of The Florida Bar, the
Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association, and the Academy of
Florida Trial Lawyers. She is certified by the Supreme
Court of Florida as a mediator in circuit civil
disputes.
Belinda’s primary areas of practice are mediation and civil litigation,
including personal injury/wrongful death, professional
negligence, commercial litigation, business litigation
and real property litigation.
