William A. Bond is a partner with McDonald Fleming Moorhead. Bill earned his bachelor's degree in Psychology from Huntingdon College, his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, and his L.L.M. in Taxation from Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University in 1987.

Bill is admitted to practice law in Florida and Texas and is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Bill has been engaged in the private practice of law and has served as in-house counsel at Mary Kay Inc. Bill's many years of experience include assisting business owners, executives, professionals, high net worth individuals, and other clients with their estate planning, business planning, and tax planning needs.
