R. Todd Harris

R. Todd Harris is the managing partner of McDonald Fleming Moorhead and has been with the firm since 2003.

Todd received the AV® Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell in 2011, the highest rating possible given by his peers. Todd’s civil litigation practice focuses primarily in the area of commercial litigation, construction, title insurance defense and employment discrimination. In addition, Todd has represented a number of clients in defending employment discrimination claims in both administrative and trial court proceedings. Todd also maintains an active practice representing clients in a variety of administrative issues before local government boards.

Todd is a 20 year resident of Pensacola where he currently resides with his wife and two children. Todd enjoys spending time with his family, the occasional round of golf, and supporting his alma mater, the University of West Florida .
